The Spa is situated on 14 acres of private land on the edge of a lake near Karjat. It is part of a larger farm house development that is unfolding phase wise for the clients family retreat. The interior is contemporary in its organization but ethnic in its elements. An eclectic mix of recycled/ reused elements from Mumbai’s famous Chor Bazaar, a beautiful snail shower whose walls are made entirely of reused beer bottles, sculpture from Pondicherry come together to give an eclectic vibe that evokes old world charm and comfort in a modern day setting. The project is on its way to achieve LEED Gold status.
