The product is a combination of 3 separate apartments ultimately creating a 6000 SF flow through penthouse with floor to ceiling windows, 14 foot high ceilings and 270 degree views from the Sea Link to Marve. In some sense, the house is processional. The program allows for little variation, but the spaces have been managed to create an even flow, definite spaces based on program without feeling isolated. These break up the monotony of a linear circulatory corridor by depositing program along the procession horizontally and vertically. This mix creates a space that is simultaneously circulation and program, corridor and pause, ensuring there is extremely efficient dual use of all three dimension.
